My name is Spencer Minson. I have worked as a residential appraiser for over 19 years. I pride myself on timely, accurate, and unbiased appraisals. I have extensive experience in single family, multi-family, condominium, manufactured, vacant land, and jumbo/high value properties.
My Story
I began my journey as an appraiser in 2004 after working in the property management and construction industry for 10 years. Over the years, I have worked to educate myself and my associates on current market trends, appraisal ethics and standards, and using technology to provide high quality appraisal services.
We work hard to provide professional, unbiased and timely residential appraisals. Our goal is to assist our clients in making informed decisions about their real estate investments.
My Family
This is the reason for my success.
My wife Heidi and I have been married for over 26 years. Our children are Ethan, Grace, Seth, and Jaren.
We have lived in Herriman, Utah for 21 years.
